Pet Care
For some families, taking care of your fur babies can be difficult with a newborn. I am able to help with day-to-day animal care. Your dog/cat is a part of the family too!
Light Cleaning and Organization
Caring for a newborn is a full time job! It can be difficult to keep up with typical household chores during this time. I love to assist with light household chores, including laundry and dishes, so families can focus on baby.
Meal and Snack Preparation
Healthy snacks and meals are the way to go for postpartum families! Mama especially needs nutritious, healthy meals to support her body in this postpartum time. I love to cook meals and snacks that the whole family can enjoy. One less thing to worry about!
Sleep Assistance
Ah, sleep. Sleep deprivation often can be the most difficult aspect of postpartum, for all members of the family. I can help set the family up with best sleep practices, as well as care for the baby overnight so parents can catch up on some much needed sleep.
